Please provide the following information to enable us to help protect your title. The boxes in bold we must have in order to help you. We do need the rest of the information, however, we can contact you to collect this information if you are uncomfortable entering it over the internet.
Bartons are a long established Solicitors practice, based in Devon. The service we shall be selling you is the placing of a restriction on the Title of your property to reduce the likelihood of it being changed without your knowledge or consent. After you fill in this form we shall be sending you an email setting our Terms and Conditions, the email will contain a unique link for you to click confirming acceptance of those conditions. We shall then collect Ł130 inc Vat from you via our secure payment partner, Protx. If we are unable to confirm that you currently hold Title in the property we shall return this fee to you in full or if you so wish you can consult us on our standard terms of business. At the conclusion of the service we will send you your protected title and title plan which you are advised to check thoroughly to ensure the boundaries are correct.
